NC Controller

The Estun E300P series controller supports precise control of both the X and Y axes and allows operators to edit bending steps directly from the interface. In addition, controllers like the Estun E300P, Delem DA41T, and Cybelec CT8 feature advanced capabilities such as angle programming, intuitive touchscreen displays, and R-axis control. These features significantly enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and ease of the bending process.

Hydraulic Control System

This system features an electro-hydraulic servo mechanism with a synchronized configuration and closely spaced hydraulic cylinders. It delivers exceptional resistance to eccentric loads, precise synchronization, and a high power-to-weight ratio—all while remaining cost-effective. The system’s pressure can be easily adjusted to match specific application requirements, ensuring it provides the necessary bending force for a wide range of tasks.

Motor

Oil Pump

Constructed from durable high-strength cast iron, the oil pump incorporates a specialized internal design that effectively reduces noise. Its robust build makes it more resistant to oil contamination, resulting in extended operational life and reliable long-term performance.

Backgauge

To achieve exceptional X-axis positioning accuracy, our system employs high-quality imported ball screws and linear guide rails, offering a significant upgrade over conventional screw rods. This results in enhanced precision and repeatability during fabrication.
The rear stop is driven by a servo motor and synchronous pulley system, providing more accurate and responsive control than traditional stepper motor setups.
Additionally, the entire backgauge assembly is subjected to a high-temperature tempering process. This treatment relieves internal stress, improves material toughness and ductility, and safeguards long-term accuracy by preventing deformation of the structure.

Electrical Components

In addition, the machine features an original Estun adaptive electrical box assembly, designed for strong anti-interference protection and consistent electrical functionality, ensuring dependable operation in demanding environments.

Crowning System

Our proprietary crowning system automatically calculates the required compensation based on the combined deflection of the ram and worktable. By precisely matching the machine’s deformation curve with the compensation curve, it ensures consistent bending angles and excellent straightness across the entire workpiece.

Fast Clamp

The fast clamp system allows for quick and effortless replacement of the top punch, significantly reducing setup time and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Ball Screw & Linear Guide Rails

Equipped with precision ball screws and high-quality linear guide rails, the machine delivers smooth, stable, and highly accurate movement—ensuring reliable performance throughout demanding operations.

Servo Motor
